Bar 41: The Hut at John's Pass

Before meeting John and Chris at Jimmy B's for the Award Presentation, we had to hit a few bars.  First up, The Hut.

The drink of choice was the Mystic Watermelon Paradise.  Not going to lie, we picked from the drink list that came with a free souvenir hurricane glass.

Bar 42: Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.

Great bar that Tom Hanks would love.

By far, the best souvenir glasses we've found on our beach bar adventure.  These glasses came free with the drinks and they are made of glass.  Reasonable price, great drinks, GREAT souvenir.  We'll see if any other bar can top these.

Lt. Dan's Pomegranate Punch, Big Easy, and the Original Sweet Tea Cooler

Loved the bar menus held together by ping pong paddles.

Nate wanted to play Brett in a game of ping pong but Brett said, "You don't have the balls for that."  And he was right.  Couldn't find the balls.

NO Balls!  Bummer.













Did you have to see the movie to understand this?  Either way, Bri didn't stop (spoiler alert) and neither did Forrest.

Finally!!!  The Beach Bar Challenge Makers meet the Beach Bar Challengers.

Brett had to have the signature "Wet Spot" drink and raffle tickets for some Florida Beach Bar prizes.

We had such a great afternoon.

Jimmy B's was presented the Top Florida Beach Bar award!

Before we knew it, the sun was setting.  Out came the free sunset shooters.

Are those sunset shooters?  Cool!  Can I get a picture of them...with you and my brother?

We finished the night with a little dancing.

Before calling it a night, we had energy for one more bar.  Crabby Bill's fit the bill :)  Sorry, couldn't resist.

Shephard's Beach Resort is a top pick by FloridaBeachBar.com so we were extremely excited to visit!
