Bar 105: High Tides at Snack Jacks
We went out to Flagler Beach to celebrate a top Beach Bar award presentation and was able to stop at High Tides at Snack Jacks along the way.
The atmosphere at this place is very laid back. Their story is that two women opened this place because they wanted it to be a place where surfers could go after a day at the beach and get good food. That is exactly what they did and it describes the atmosphere perfectly!
It is much more of a restaurant than a bar, especially since it is beer and wine only, but it's worth a stop if you are in the area.
And you really can't beat the view in this place.
And if the views and good food weren't enough they definitely won us over with this sticker! (We have 2 at home!) |
We made our way over to the Golden Lion to recognize them as one of the top Florida Beach Bars for the fourth year in a row!
We have been to many bars and this one is high on our list. The customers are energetic and the owners, Tony and Carolyn are a lot of fun!

Congratulations to Golden Lion!
Lots of good drinks and good food to be had this evening! (Ryan said this is one of the best quesadillas he has ever eaten!)
